3. Prescription medicines
Medicines that need a prescription are supplied only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. The pharmacist may refuse a sale if a prescription is missing, unclear or unsafe.
4. Booking is a request
Clicking "Click to Book" sends us a request. It is not a confirmed sale. We confirm availability and final price by phone or WhatsApp before you pay.
5. Prices and availability
MRP and stock shown on the site may change without notice. The price on the product pack and our bill is final.
6. Returns
For safety, medicines once sold generally cannot be returned. If you received a wrong, damaged or expired item, contact us within 48 hours with the bill.
7. Your data
Details you send us (name, phone, prescriptions) are used only to serve your request and are not sold to others.
8. Emergencies
This website is not for emergencies. In a medical emergency, call local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
